The Hart County Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors recently approved a project to install waterlines and fire hydrants on a portion of Will Bailey Road beginning at Crossroads Circle going to and including the Mary’s Lane road and Highland Ridge subdivisions.
The project will also include the entire length of Morris Road, Beacon Light Road between Morris Road and Mount Olivet Road, and Mount Olivet Road between Beacon Light Road and Fred King Road.
The project is currently in the design phase and the Authority anticipates beginning construction late this year and completing construction in the first half of 2024.
The Authority is investing over $1,400,000 to complete this project that will give residents along the route access to clean, safe, and reliable drinking water. We continue to work hard to expand our system to provide public water service and better fire protection to more Hart County residents.
